Jacquie founded Translating Insurance with one goal: make health and Medicare coverage simple for real people. With an MBA and over 20 years of customer service experience, she brings clarity to one of the most confusing parts of life — picking the right insurance plan.
She specializes in Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, and individual health insurance. Whether you're turning 65 or shopping for coverage for your family, Jacquie takes the time to understand your situation and walk you through your options without pressure.
Shelby Gianarelli
Shelby brings a community-first perspective to insurance. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Carroll College in Helena, MT, and began her career at Cover Oregon during the rollout of the Affordable Care Act — giving her hands-on experience navigating the ACA from day one.
She has worked across group, individual, family, and Medicare plans, and believes the most important part of the job is meeting clients where they are. Clear communication, no jargon, no hard sell — just real guidance from someone who cares.
Coral Wagner
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Coral earned a BS in Business Marketing before making the move to the West Coast. With over 10 years in the restaurant industry, she built a strong foundation in customer service and developed a genuine passion for connecting with people — a passion that led her into healthcare recruiting and ultimately into the health insurance space.
Coral loves meeting new people, learning new things, and helping make the insurance process feel simple and approachable. Outside of work, you'll likely find her exploring local hiking trails or spending time with her dog, embracing everything the West Coast has to offer.
