The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Bridge is an innovative program designed to provide comprehensive health coverage to adults with incomes between 138% and 200% of the federal poverty level. Launched to address the gap in healthcare access, this initiative offers medical, dental, and behavioral health services without any premiums, co-pays, or deductibles.

  2. No Cost to Enrollees: There are no premiums, co-pays, or deductibles, making it truly affordable.
  3. Target Population: Aims to serve around 100,000 people, including those transitioning from OHP Plus and the Marketplace, as well as the uninsured.
  4. Eligibility and Enrollment: Open to adults with incomes between 138% and 200% of the federal poverty level. Applications start on July 1, 2024, via Oregon’s ONE system or HealthCare.gov.
